Terms of Service

The Service

Fleet gives your business a work board and named AI agents that run it. You set the goals and jobs, and the agents do the work on a runner you install on your own computer, using the AI provider accounts you connect (such as Claude, OpenAI, or Grok). Those vendors bill you directly under their own quotas and limits. The Service may change over time.

Work meant to be published or sent on your behalf waits for you to read the exact content and approve it. That approval step covers publishing and sending; it does not apply to the routine requests your agents make to your AI provider, or the commands and file changes they make on your runner, while they do the work.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Service.

Subscriptions, trial, and billing

Prices may change; we will give notice of a price change before it applies to your subscription. Your AI provider usage is billed by those vendors directly and is not part of your Service subscription.

• The paid plan is $19 per month.
• Your first workspace includes a 7-day free trial that starts when you create it and needs no card. One such trial per person: any other workspace's first subscription includes a 7-day free trial instead. A workspace that has already used its trial does not get another one if it subscribes again.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a paid subscription you authorize the applicable recurring charge for each billing period until you cancel.
• To keep using the Service after a trial, add a card on the billing page. There is no charge until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged; cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or its systems.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Follow the terms of the third-party services you use through it, including Google, Stripe, and the AI providers you connect.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the Service for you and your organization. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the right to submit it.

Intellectual property

The Fleet name, software, and interface are owned by the operator of the Service. These Terms do not grant you any right in them beyond using the Service as permitted.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and the AI providers you connect. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the operator's principal place of business. The specific governing jurisdiction will be stated here before paid subscriptions become generally available.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
